JULIA SEIDEL, BA, CNP, PT

As long as I can remember, I have suffered with digestive issues. Chronic stomach aches, bloating, heartburn and alternating constipation and diarrhea. I saw multiple doctors until finally being diagnosed with IBS and told there was nothing I could do about it. NOTHING I COULD DO ABOUT IT? I didn't believe it. I knew there had to be something I could do. I trusted my gut feeling, and decided to educate myself in all holistic approaches to digestive health. After completing my degree at Wilfrid Laurier University, I went on to receive my designation as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition.

Through diet, lifestyle and supplementation, I have naturally healed my IBS and taken back control of my life! I know what it feels like to be frustrated, embarrassed and hopeless. Trust me, you do not have to live like this! Through a personalized nutrition program I can help you get to the root of your toots!

In addition to nutritional consultations, I work for Mindful Snacks, bringing healthy eating to corporate workplaces. I also instruct bootcamp style group fitness classes in Toronto and am a Certified Personal Trainer.

I went through my own weight loss journey and am now down 28 pounds and have never felt better! With a custom diet and workout plan, you can get there too.
